About the author:

Luis Pancorbo was special correspondent during the Vietnam War and since then he has travelled extensively throughout the Orient. He directed the TVE (Spanish television) series “Otros Pueblos” (Other Peoples), in large part concerned with presenting the rituals and customs of Asia. He is a doctor of Information Sciences and the author of travel books and non-specialist books on anthropology.
