Fina Sanz
Feminine and Masculine Psychoerotism
Original title:
Psicoerotismo femenino y masculino. Para unas relaciones placenteras, autónomas y justas
About the book:
Feminine and Masculine Psychoeroticism
Here is an original and innovative book published at an opportune time. A book on psychosexuality that is written within a new paradigm and from a new perspective of feminism. A feminism that no longer defines itself in opposition to males but through the recovery of the so-called feminine values by society as a whole. It invites men to recover or revitalise their feminine side, and similarly invites women to do the same with their masculine side.
The author draws on data obtained from her experience as a therapist, proposing exercises to develop self-knowledge and self-help that will lead to greater inner balance and balance between the sexes. The language is clear and direct, daring even at times, but always very tactful. The result is a great teaching work, an essay directed at both the male and female public, a book which literally sets out to encourage self knowledge. A book which is also a manual, not just for health workers – above all sexologists and psychotherapists, but also for self-help groups or for anyone interested in their erotic and human growth.
