About the author:
Antonio Galindo is a psychologist and educationalist. He has been training consultant for more than fifteen years, researcher, coach and consultant for human resources. He has also worked in hospitals, alongside doctors and health workers. At the present time he coaches and provides private consultancy on emotional intelligence.
